After we found them in the maze of streets we remapped this E91 BMW 320d and topped off with a Hydrogen engine clean.

These ECU’s take around 35 minutes to read and a happier 6 minutes to write back the calibrated file. For this one, we flashed the ECU with our Performance map which offers 45hp increases.

Vehicle number 2 of our twin booking this BMW 320D TwinPower had our Stage 1 Remap and Hydrogen engine clean which helps carbon build-up.

Standard BHP 181hp ➡️ 380nm
AMTuning BHP 220hp ➡️ 460nm

This was done safely via the OBD diagnostic port along with 100amp battery stabilization as this is the safest ways to map an F range BMW or later as they can draw up to 60 amps while writing these cars.

We stopped off at #Gosport to remap this #BMW #X5 3.0L Diesel.

We 1st stabalised the battery with our 100amp battery charger and then pulled all the data from the ECU ready to recalibrate with our Performance remap.

Once the file work was complete we reloaded the file ready for the customer to enjoy.

Something a little different for us today, Not our normal 4 wheels but 2 😂

Due to recent advancements with our equipment we can now recalibrate ecu on the BMW Motorrad bike range.

The current Euro 4 engine range is amazing but if anyone has owned or driven the previous Euro 3 bike(s) and upgraded you may have felt a little 😔 with the upgrade.

Well, we can give you a that little bit of “missing” back 😁

Working directly on the ECU we remapped this amazing 2018 R1200GS Adventure today and can also remap most of the other BMW Motorrad bike range .

Off to the #IsleOfWight to remap this gem. This customer had called a few other companies and got quoted some very high increases.

After talking with us they settled for real world increases that won’t break anything 😂 and opted for our Stage 1 calibration.

Standard BHP 140bhp ➡️ 320nm
AMTuning BHP 190bhp ➡️ 400nm

This particular ECU comes from the factory with Anti Tuning software in place making this type remap a Bench job, as we have invested heavily in our equipment we were able to do this safely via the OBD socket.
